How we do this
will depend on where you live, how you want to pay
and where your favoured Fine Art is kept.

Viewing
Direct viewing of
this artists paintings before purchase is the ideal and this can
be arranged, for any painting Mike Elliot is holding himself,
through the curtesy of Agents & representatives, in key
places in the UK and South Africa (Johannesburg and Cape Town
venues).
In all other situations you will be sent, via email or post,
high resolution images for viewing, prior to making your
decision. For all paintings purchased directly through this
artists online art gallery, a full refund will be offered, less
freight and insurance costs, for any painting returned undamaged
within 30 days of receipt. Any painting purchased from a Gallery
or Agent would be subject to their terms and conditions.
There are plans to engage the services of an Escrow agent in
the USA in the future, subject to demand.
Exchange Rates &
Cartage costs
Quoted prices are
are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and exclude packing,
freight and insurance costs. These prices do not include any
customs or import duties and taxes incurred at any destination
country.
For other currencies the exchange rates applied are obtained
from http://www.oanda.com/converter/classic
at their "Typical Credit Card Rate". Contact us and we
will give the total price including cartage costs, at the ruling
exchange rate - a quotation that will hold for 10 days,
including the quoted exchange rate.
We have included here a few illustrative cartage prices for
your guidance only.

Framing
Each fine art
piece available to purchase is identified as Framed or Unframed.
In some cases framed paintings can be sold unframed, with a
appropriate reduction in price. However here are several
instances where frames have been specially made for the pictures
and therefore they cannot be sold unframed. Contact us for
details.
All Unframed artwork can be framed to suit your requirements,
but the cost of this "commissioned" framing would be
non-refundable. It is also pointed out that, for insurance
purposes, we will not transport anything with glass. That is
something that you would have to organise for yourselves upon
receipt of the painting.
